Immediate Advance is an optional and free service that allows the immediate deduction of your 50% tax credit when paying your invoice to your home cleaning service provider in the Alpes-Maritimes. In practice, for a €200 expense for personal services in Nice, Cannes, Monaco or Antibes, Urssaf will only deduct the remaining €100 from your account. Our company, RINAZUR, will therefore reflect this reduction in the invoices we submit to you.


It is very simple because we take care of everything! With your authorization, our company RINAZUR creates your account for the URSSAF immediate tax credit advance. Then, you receive a notification from Urssaf inviting you to activate your account on a dedicated site: www.particulier.urssaf.fr.


It is on this site that we send you payment requests following the home cleaning services performed at your home on the French Riviera. You have 48 hours to validate or refuse it. At a glance and at any time, you can view your consumed tax credit from your online account as well as the amount still available for the current year.

The Immediate Advance: How does it work?

1.

Your personal service provider RINAZUR registers you for the immediate advance service. You receive an email to activate your online account on www.particulier.urssaf.fr to benefit from the home cleaning tax credit in Alpes-Maritimes.

2.

Each month, your agency RINAZUR issues a payment request for the services performed. The 50% tax credit advance is automatically deducted. Ideal for your cleaning services in Nice, Cannes, Monaco, Antibes.

3.

Urssaf sends you a notification by email or SMS to inform you that a payment request has been sent to you for your home cleaning services in Alpes-Maritimes.

4.

You have 48 hours to verify, validate, or contest it online at www.particulier.urssaf.fr. Beyond this period, the request is automatically validated. 2 days after validation, Urssaf debits the amount of the payment request with the tax credit already deducted from your bank account.

5.

Urssaf pays the total amount of the service to your agency RINAZUR, which pays the cleaner. Your tax return is pre-filled with your home cleaning expenses in Alpes-Maritimes; simply verify the accuracy of the information.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

The Immediate Advance service is offered by Urssaf and the Directorate General of Public Finances (DGFiP).

The Immediate Advance service allows you to deduct the amount of your tax credit from the amount due to your service provider.

To benefit from this service:

• your personal service provider must have requested it from Urssaf. If your provider offers this service, it is their responsibility to inform you;

• you must have a bank account domiciled in France;

• a tax number (numéro fiscal) must be associated with your civil status;

• you must have already filed at least one tax return.

Registration for the service gives you access to an account on the particulier.urssaf.fr platform via which your service provider will send you payment requests for services performed. You will then receive a notification from Urssaf.


You will have 48 hours to validate or contest this request. Once validated, Urssaf debits the corresponding amount from your bank account within 2 working days following validation and pays the amount of the service to your personal service provider within 4 working days after validation of the payment request.

The amount of the payment request issued by your personal service provider takes into account the payment of any down payment. This is therefore deducted from the amount that will be debited from you and from the amount that will be paid to your provider.

You can find your payment requests by logging into your account at particulier.urssaf.fr, under the "Paiement" (Payment) > "Tous mes paiements" (All my payments) section.

For any questions, please contact your personal service provider.

The amount of the Immediate Advance you have received will be automatically pre-filled in your tax return. It is your responsibility to check this amount and correct it if necessary.

Additional information will be communicated to you at the opening of the tax period.


You will find a summary of your tax credit consumption on the home page of your account, on particulier.urssaf.fr. The following information is detailed there:


• the annual ceiling for the immediate tax credit advance;

• the amount consumed over the year;

• the amount still available.

Your personal service provider, as every year, must provide you with a tax certificate (attestation fiscale).

If you benefit from the Immediate Advance service as an individual employer AND as a client of a provider organization, you track and manage your expenses in two separate spaces: from the "Mes aides" (My aids) section of your Cesu dashboard for expenses incurred as an individual employer, and from the particulier.urssaf.fr platform for expenses incurred as a client of a personal service provider.


Note: if in addition to your status as an individual employer, you use a personal service structure, the ceiling of your tax credit applies to the total expenses incurred with Cesu and your personal service providers.

The expenses incurred starting from January concern the tax return of the following year.


A data exchange occurs each year between the DGFiP and Urssaf to automatically take into account the benefit of the Immediate Advance paid during the year in the amount of the down payment paid in January of the following year. The taxpayer will have nothing to do.


The RICI advance is not modified for all other tax credits and reductions not concerned by the Immediate Advance.

The ID allowing you to connect to your account corresponds to the email address to which the account activation email was sent.
